The Los Angeles Rams have been getting great news ever since the NFL announced that their Week 15 game against the Seattle Seahawks was postponed to Tuesday evening. They just received more good news.
According to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport, star linebacker Von Miller was activated off of the COVID-19 reserve list.
The Rams had 26 players and team personnel test positive for COVID-19 last week, leading up to their game against the Seattle. That prompted the league to postpone the game in hopes that the Rams will be able to get some of their players back.
Both the league and the Rams got their wish. Over the last couple of days, Los Angeles has activated a bunch of their stars that were slated to miss the game. That includes star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. Beckham Jr. is coming off his best game in a Rams uniform with six catches for 77 yards and a receiving touchdown. He has actually scored a touchdown in three straight games for the Rams.
Los Angeles also got All Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey back from the COVID-19 reserve list. They also got back tailback Darrell Henderson Jr.
Meanwhile, the Seahawks are without their leading receiver, Tyler Lockett. Lockett is also on the COVID-19 reserve list.
This is a big game for both teams. The Seahawks are fighting for their playoff lives. They are 5-8 on the season. But, they have won two straight games and are only one game back in the loss column from final playoff spot.
The Rams have the chance to tie the Arizona Cardinals atop the NFC West with a win.
