Dez Bryant is back on the Baltimore Ravens' active roster. One week after he was bizarrely pulled from the lineup minutes before kick-off against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 13, the Ravens activated the veteran wideout off the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

The team tweeted out the news on Tuesday afternoon.

Last Tuesday, less than an hour before Bryant was set to face his former team, Baltimore officials informed him that he had tested positive for COVID-19.

After announcing the news on Twitter, Bryant opened a bottle of wine and live-tweeted his displeasure about the developments throughout the Ravens victory over the Cowboys — a game that was postponed three times due to COVID-19 outbreaks within the Ravens locker room.

Bryant's daily PCR test came back was inconclusive, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported, as did another test. Bryant was then pulled from the field for a point-of-care test, which came back positive. Because M&T Bank Stadium is located near the testing lab, results were able to reach the team before kickoff, though after Bryant had physically greeted multiple folks on the field.

Bryant then announced that he would be hanging up the cleats for the rest of 2020 with the Ravens.

“Yea I'm going to go ahead and call it a quit for the rest of the season .. I can't deal with this,” he tweeted.

He back-pedaled on that declaration later that night, and tweeted that he would indeed continue playing this season for the Ravens.

Bryant hadn't played in the NFL since 2017 before joining the Ravens in Week 9. He has four catches for 28 yards in three games.

The Ravens host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.

Baltimore had a roster spot open after backup QB Trace McSorley was placed on IR. McSorley suffered a non-contact knee injury while subbing in for QB Lamar Jackson in the second half of Baltimore's wild 47-42 win over the Cleveland Browns on Monday Night Football.
