Even if Taylor Swift is in the MCU's Deadpool 3 (aka Deadpool and Wolverine), Ryan Reynolds won't let it slip. He recently discussed the rumor by deflecting it to a wild Elvis Presley one.
During a conversation with Fandango, Reynolds was asked about Swift having a cameo in Deadpool 3. He quickly turned the attention to other theories he'd heard, including one that Austin Butler's Elvis would be in it.
“There's so much speculation about so many people that might end up in the film,” Reynolds said. “I mean, I saw one that was convinced [that] Elvis was in the movie. Anything could happen, and that's sort of what I love about this universe. We'll see. Surprises are the essence of Deadpool.”
So, it's not clear if Swift will appear in the film. Even if she is, surely they would like to keep such a bombshell MCU cameo a secret. As the Fandango interviewer noted, many fans are connecting her with the Dazzler character.
She was previously seen attending the Kansas City Chiefs' game against the New York Jets in 2023 with Deadpool 3 stars Reynolds and Hugh Jackman along with the director, Shawn Levy.

Who is Ryan Reynolds?
Ryan Reynolds first gained notoriety for his role in Hillside. His other early film credits include National Lampoon's Van Wilder, The Proposal, Blade: Trinity, and Green Lantern.
He first played Wade Wilson/Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. However, that was not the definitive iteration of the character. In 2016, Reynolds made his return as the character in Fox's Deadpool. He reprised the role in the 2018 sequel.
His other notable credits include his role in the Croods and Hitman's Bodyguard series. He has also starred in Free Guy, Red Notice, The Adam Project, Spirited, and IF.
What is Deadpool 3 about?
Deadpool 3 is the third installment in the franchise. It follows the title character as he embarks on a journey with Wolverine (Hugh Jackman). He is recruited by the Time Variance Authority (TVA) for a mission that will affect the MCU as a whole.
The film marks the first appearance as Wolverine for Jackman since 2017's Logan. That film served as his swan song, killing him off at the end of the film. However, it appears that he is playing a variant of the character in Deadpool 3.
Shawn Levy co-wrote the film with Reynolds, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, and Zeb Wells. Levy is also the director of the film. He directed Jackman on Real Steel in 2011 and Reynolds on both Free Guy and The Adam Project.
Deadpool 3 is the lone MCU feature film release on the 2024 slate. Disney and Marvel Studios are hoping that the film can turn the MCU's box office track record around after a rough 2023. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was a hit, but Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and The Marvels were both disappointments.
Deadpool 3 will be released on Jul 26.
