Philadelphia 76ers forward Wilson Chandler has served as a solid NBA player for many years while remaining relatively quiet during his time atop the highest level. A role player that has made a living playing alongside some top-tier NBA talent — most recently Joel Embiid, Jimmy Butler and Ben Simmons with the Sixers — Chandler has elected to step into the spotlight himself for once while taking to social media to vent a bit.

Wilson Chandler tweeted the following over the weekend in regards to the NBA media.

Though getting right to the point from the start, Chandler wasn't done just yet.

Chandler joined the up-and-coming Sixers ahead of the 2018-19 campaign, and the veteran NBA forward has helped Philadelphia string together a stellar 32-18 record thus far into the regular season. Just 4.5 games out of the top spot in the Eastern Conference, the 76ers currently find themselves in fourth place behind the Milwaukee Bucks, Toronto Raptors and Indiana Pacers, respectively.

As for Chandler, he is averaging 6.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game this season. He has already appeared in 34 matches for the Sixers and started 30 of those contests, playing 26.5 minutes per outing as well.

Prior to arriving in the “City of Brotherly Love” this season, Chandler previously suited up for both the New York Knicks and Denver Nuggets. Chandler was originally selected by the Knicks in the first round of the 2007 NBA Draft out of DePaul while going on to remain in the “Big Apple” until midway through the 2010-11 campaign as he was infamously traded to the Nuggets.
