San Antonio Spurs legendary coach Gregg Popovich has cut the price of his Texas mansion by $1.4 million, bringing it down to $3.1 million.

Per Jack Fleming of LA Times, the mansion's initial price tag was at $4.5 million in 2018. This summer, the Spurs coach relisted it to $3.5 million. Now, the price tag is down to $3.1 million.

Coach Pop has owned the San Antonio mansion since 2005. Per Darren Rovell, below are some photos of Popovich's 9,600 square foot mansion:

Notable features of the home include a grassy backyard with a pool and a 600-square-foot wine cellar made of reclaimed Jerusalem stone, which is hidden at the estate's edge. The property of the Spurs tactician also includes a four-car garage.

The mansion has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a formal dining room, a foyer with a sweeping staircase and a chef’s kitchen. There's also a wood-paneled elevator that ascends to a gym and a game room.

Gregg Popovich is currently prepping his team for the resumption of the 2019-20 season. The Spurs, who had a 27-36 record before games were suspended last March, are one of the 22 teams set to return to NBA action in a bubble location in Orlando.

Popovich's 24-year tenure with the Spurs is the longest active stretch in any U.S. major sports league. It is also one of the most successful, as he has led the Spurs to five titles and 22 consecutive playoff appearances.
