The dysfunction of the Houston Texans has been brought to light this offseason. Highlighted by several former players leading some to assume that the organization may have an issue that goes deeper than just disagreements over decisions.

Quarterback Deshaun Watson wants out and has been supported publicly by former Texans Andre Johnson and Arian Foster. John Hickman, the host of the daily Locked On Texans podcast, gets right to the point about what the franchise's biggest issue truly is.

Hickman: Now we are hearing from Arian Foster who plainly put it that the Texans organization really does not care about their players’ input and how they struggle with players since his playing time. Arian Foster has not been with the team since 2015. Foster is the Texans leading rusher in their history. Andre Johnson is the best receiver in franchise history and in the last two weeks, we have heard them speak out.

Now, we have heard other players speak out. We have heard Aaron Coleman, D.J. Swearinger, we have seen the likes of different players liking and retweeting different things of Arian Foster and Andre Johnson. It seems like this is not just an idea that sits with two players. And if it does not just sit with those two former players, you know it sits with current players. The situation overall is that they do not know how to handle strong-minded men. It seems that they do not know how to handle strong-minded black men. Arian Foster put it how he did not understand that the Texans had trouble bringing in free agents. He never understood that.
