Houston Texans defensive end JJ Watt has never passed up on an opportunity to either support or take a playful jab at both of his brothers. However, he now finds himself as the odd man out with fullback Derek Watt joining outside linebacker TJ Watt on the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Watt connection is now awfully strong in Pittsburgh. The Texans' star took to Twitter to give his thoughts on the new family dynamic:

It is safe to say that the balance of power has shifted away from the elder Watt's favor. The sudden reunion in Pittsburgh could have a major impact on his standing in the family. Regardless, it is clear that he is happy to see them have the opportunity to re-live some childhood memories.

Watt paved the way for the family to the NFL by becoming the premier pass-rusher of his generation. With his Hall of Fame resume already well intact with the Texans, he can now take solace in the more joyful aspects on playing football like competing against his younger brothers.

TJ has emerged into one for he most promising, young players in the league and is coming off a 2019 NFL season in which many felt he was snubbed for Defensive Player of the Year. Meanwhile, Derek's efforts with the Los Angeles Chargers has helped him maintain his job as one of the few, true fullbacks remaining in the NFL.

The parents of the Watt trio will certainly have some difficult choices to make when the Steelers host the Texans in the 2020 NFL season.
