Some folks just cannot believe that Deshaun Watson is real. Count Houston Texans veteran corner Johnathan Joseph as a folk in that specific category.

He spoke with James Palmer of NFL Network and revealed extremely positive thoughts about his quarterback.

“The things he sees & processes (shakes head) I’ve been around a lot of QBs and at that age, it’s hard to find a guy that is that into it all the time” Vet CB Johnathan Joseph on Deshaun Watson

Today I saw Watson approach Joseph mid-practice & pick his brain for a good 5 minutes.

Watson, 22, took the NFL by storm during his seven games played as a rookie a year ago. Throwing for 1,699 yards and 19 scores to eight interceptions, the kid was an absolute delight as the 12th overall selection of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Questions about his ability to adapt to a pro-style offense were overwhelming a year ago. At Clemson, the spread is firmly implanted as the only offense—fitting the competition like a glove. In Houston, though head coach Bill O'Brien did drastically alter the offense to fit Watson's spread-like strengths, Watson answered every nagging question surrounding the spread questions.

Deshaun Watson is the clear-cut starting quarterback for the Houston Texans heading into the 2018 season and teammates such as wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins and veteran Johnathan Joseph, who still can't believe he's so dedicated, can't be more excited.
