After his altercation with Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns which got them both ejected, Gorgui Deng of the Minnesota Timberwolves joked that he didn't want a fight. He simply wanted to exchange jerseys with the Suns star.

In the third quarter of their duel, Booker and Dieng got into a heated scuffle which led to double ejections. Deng then signaled to Booker that they should meet at the back to possibly continue the fight. Perhaps in an effort to avoid a penalty, Dieng reasoned out that he and Booker were just going to exchange jerseys. Per Greg Moore of AZ Central:

Below is the clip of the altercation between Devin Booker and Gorgui Dieng. It ended with the two running towards the locker room after Dieng signaled that they meet there to fight. Booker was being pulled by one of the Suns' staff to no avail.

Reports reveal that nothing actually went down as the security were on high alert.

In the end, the Timberwolves who came out on top, 118-91. Karl-Anthony Towns led the way with 25 points and 18 rebounds, followed by Josh Okogie who had 18 points. Gorgui Dieng played just five minutes and snagged three rebounds.

Booker left the game with 14 points in 23 minutes. Josh Jackson had a double-double with 27 points and 10 rebounds. Kelly Oubree Jr. and Dragan Bender had 14 points apiece.
