The Tennessee Titans are considered a front-runner to sign Tom Brady in free agency and AJ Brown would be open to catching passes from Brady. With a week until the legal tampering period, Brown loves the idea of playing with Brady.

“Of course, we would want Ryan back, of course,” Brown said via SirusXM NFL Radio. “I’ve got chemistry with him already, so, going into Year Two, I feel like it would just grow more. But unfortunately, if things don’t go as planned and we get Tom Brady or whatever, like, who wouldn’t want to play with Tom Brady?

As Brown noted, his first choice at quarterback would be Ryan Tannehill due to having experience with him in 2019. However, he understands that you don't get many opportunities to play with arguably the greatest quarterback of all-time.

With Tannehill, Brown put together an impressive rookie campaign with 1,052 yards and eight touchdowns in 2019. Even if Brown doesn't get the chance to play with Brady with the Titans, he's interested in getting to meet him.

“I’m just going to be honest. He knows how to do it. He’s won Super Bowls, and I really want to be around him. Even if I don’t play with him, I just want to have a conversation with him and try to pick his brain and see how he does things. But if we’re fortunate enough to get Tom Brady this year, that would be insane. But regardless of whoever we get, I just want them just to kinda hurry up so I can know who my quarterback will be this upcoming year.”

There's no doubt that some people are going to assume Brown's comments are a shot at Tannehill. But even Tannehill would probably understand where Brown is coming from.
