Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry came up with one of the most awesome plays of the season thus far, as he nearly took out Buffalo Bills veteran Josh Norman on Tuesday night. After the game, Henry was asked to share his thoughts on how he stiff-armed the Bills defensive back, and the 26-year-old strong man credited his workout regiment.

According to Henry, he may need to tone down his arms workouts:

“I have been doing too many curls,” Henry said, via Kelvin Patra of NFL.com. “I have to lay off the arms.”

To be fair to Norman, he did go too high as he tried to stop a rushing Henry. As we've all seen in the clip, it did not end well for Norman. Still, we're not taking away anything from Henry's tremendous exhibition of strength and balance.

Sadly, this unforgettable play was nullified by a couple of offsetting penalties. Nonetheless, there's no denying that this should still be a candidate for one of the top plays of the week, if not the season.

Derrick Henry and the Titans emerged with a huge victory on Tuesday, defeating the Bills, 42-16. Tennessee ended Buffalo's pristine record to start the new campaign, as the Bills suffered just their first defeat of the season after five games played.

As for the Titans, that's now four straight wins, as they remain as one of a handful of teams that have yet to taste defeat in the 2020-21 season. It's the Houston Texans up next for Tennessee, as these two teams face off in Week 6.
