Free-agent wide receiver Jordan Matthews is set to visit the Tennessee Titans, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports.

Matthews, who played his college ball at nearby Vanderbilt, has already visited the New England Patriots, Green Bay Packers, and Arizona Cardinals this offseason, and reportedly has an offer on the table from the latter. However, his visit to the Titans could be an indication that he’s still eager to see if he can get a better offer elsewhere.

Matthews, a former second-round pick in 2012, is coming off an injury-hit season last year with the Buffalo Bills after he was traded from the Philadelphia Eagles. He played in just 10 games last year as he battled multiple ailments. He finished with just 25 catches for 282 yards and one touchdown.

However, Matthews impressed in his first three years in the league, as he averaged 75 catches for 891 yards and six touchdowns per season in Philly.

The Titans are still looking to upgrade their receiving corps, which was not too impressive last season. Rishard Matthews was their leading wide receiver with 53 catches for 795 yards and four touchdowns. They are set to move on from veteran Eric Decker this offseason, while second-year receivers Corey Davis and Taywan Taylor still need time to develop.

Matthews has a good deal of experience playing in a fast-paced spread offense during his time in Philly with Coach Chip Kelly. He'll make for an ideal addition to a Titans team which will be looking to incorporate more of those spread concepts this season to play more to quarterback Marcus Mariota's strengths.
