Los Angeles Chargers cornerback Desmond King seemingly played police pursuit against the Pittsburgh Steelers defense.

With two minutes gone by in the 4th quarter, the quick-footed returner received a punt from Jordan Berry. After avoiding two tackles, he went on to find a whole in the Steelers' defense. He then sprinted towards the end-zone with the use of his lightning-quick speed.

As a result, the Chargers scored on a 73-yard return that cut their deficit down to two 21-23. They went on to tie the game a few moments later after their two-point conversion was successful.

It was King's first career punt return touchdown and more impressively he did it in style.

The Checkdown stated in their tweet that King “just BOLTED to the crib.”

It is just as fitting as the 23-year old plays for the Chargers, who are also known for the nickname “Bolts”.

The Steelers and the Chargers' game is a battle between two teams that are potential playoff contenders. The regular season is approaching its conclusion, and the playoff picture gets clearer as the number of games dwindle.

With a 7-3-1 record, the Steelers currently lead the AFC North and they possess the conference's 4th seed at this point. Only the Baltimore Ravens were a serious threat to them in the division with a 7-5 record.

The Chargers are looking to make the playoffs for the first time since 2013. They hold the second-best record in the AFC West at 8-3. They only trail the Chiefs, who are currently the top seed in the AFC at 10-2.
