Basketball fans have undoubtedly seen the meme of Draymond Green hyping up Kevin Durant during their days with the Golden State Warriors.

Green revealed during the latest edition of Durant's The ETCs podcast he was telling KD just how unguardable he is when it comes to scoring ability:

Green and Durant are two hypercompetitive individuals. That attribute sometimes caused the star duo to clash, but it also resulted in quite a bit of success.

Not to mention, it is the kind of statement that speaks to Golden State's previous desire to give Durant freedoms to operate within a prolific Dubs offense that is one of the best of all time.

Durant was one of the most efficient offensive players in basketball throughout the course of his Warriors tenure, especially during the 2017-18 campaign.

Kevin Durant’s stats with Golden State were truly ridiculous. The former league MVP averaged 26.4 points on 51.6 percent shooting from the field and nearly 42 percent shooting from beyond the arc in 2017-18. That came after a 2016-17 in which Durant posted a career-high 53.7 field goal percentage. Of course, Durant was also named NBA Finals MVP in each of those two seasons as the Warriors won consecutive titles.

It is nearly impossible to stop Durant when he has it going well. The 32-year-old's blend of size, skill and athleticism make him one of the most dangerous scorers not just in the modern NBA, but in league history.

Durant can pull up for 3s in transition and shoot over anyone. He breaks down on-ball defenders and gets to his spots in the midrange, also having the ability to get all the way to the rack and finish through contact.

Durant's scoring ability is awesome to watch, even for fellow pros like Green who have seen it all in the NBA.
