The Golden State Warriors are back to their old dominant ways, leading the NBA with a 12-2 record. The strong start of Stephen Curry and company is a bit unexpected, considering they missed the NBA Playoffs in the last two seasons and they never really made drastic moves in the offseason.

Yet here we are. Once again enthralled by the brilliance of Curry and the clinical performances of the Warriors. After losing in the 2019 NBA Finals and Kevin Durant leaving for his next chapter, not a few people wrote off the Warriors. Unsurprisingly, Draymond Green took note of it. Now, they're using it as fuel to get back on top.

He posted on Instagram a snippet of the first episode of the Draymond Green Show, where he talked about the slander on the Warriors.

“During those times, a lot of f****** people wrote us off. The dynasty's over. Draymond's washed, he can't do this, he can't do that. Steph Curry has no help, he can't carry a team. You go down the list. You have to know the disrespect is unbelievable, by the way. Klay (Thompson) keeps talking about it. Klay keeps speaking on it. Klay doesn't talk about any f****** thing. Klay doesn't even f****** talk.”

Louder for the people everywhere!

Still, Green pointed out that it's really too early to celebrate. While the Warriors are on top and they are, in his own words, a “damn good team,” he knows the real battle is in the NBA Playoffs. The first step is to get back to the postseason. But with the way they're playing, it seems like a foregone conclusion.
