Many consider Stephen Curry to be the greatest shooter of all time. There are few who could challenge him for this title. It just so happens, though, that one man who may also have a stake in this claim is none other than Curry's own Golden State Warriors teammate, Klay Thompson.

Having been around the Splash Brothers for many years, former Warriors star Andre Iguodala, now with the Miami Heat, has shared his thoughts on this raging debate. Iggy had a bit of a hilarious take on the matter, explaining how Thompson's dog will play a significant part in determining who the better shooter is between the pair:

“In terms of shooting — the only thing about Klay is he'll get bored,” said the former Warriors Finals MVP on the latest episode of The Old Man & The Three (h/t Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports). “Like in a shooting contest, he'll get bored. So people are like, ‘Who's a better shooter: Steph or Klay?' It depends on if Klay wants to go play with his dog or not.

“That's just typical Klay.”

That's not exactly the answer we were expecting from Iguodala, but it actually makes some sense. We've all been witness to Klay Thompson's greatness and how he can catch fire at any given time. So much so, that he holds a couple of shooting records that not even his Warriors teammate, Stephen Curry, is able to touch.

Whatever the case may be, the fact of the matter is that we all can't wait to see this pair reunite on the basketball court. Thompson appears to be progressing well in his rehab and if all goes according to plan, the Warriors' Splash Brothers should be back in action once the new season tips off.
