The Golden State Warriors are on the road for four games starting Tuesday as they meet with Ja Morant and the surging Memphis Grizzlies. Draymond Green remains sidelined however with a calf injury, despite starting in Klay Thompson's debut on Sunday just so he could be on the court with his good friend for tip-off.

Ahead of the Grizzlies matchup, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr gave an update on Green, who didn't travel with the team. Via Anthony Slater:

As Kerr noted, Draymond could join the Warriors at some point in the next week as they wrap up this road skid on Sunday in Minnesota. Green has stayed relatively healthy this season for Golden State, featuring in 34 of a possible 39 games. He's averaging 7.9 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 7.4 assists per game and continues to be their best defender and facilitator on a nightly basis.

With Thompson finally back in the mix, the Dubs are looking extremely scary. This latest setback for Draymond doesn't seem to be serious and since Kerr believes he could play at some point this week, it's great news for the Warriors and their fans.

The Dubs are currently tied with the Phoenix Suns at 30-9, which is the best record in the NBA. They should be fine for the time being, but the rest of the rotation will need to continue to step up defensively while Steph has to take on more of a playmaking role with Draymond out.
