The Golden State Warriors have a 1-0 lead over the Dallas Mavericks in the Western Conference Finals. Before Game 1, Charles Barkley was seen chanting ā€œLet's go Mavsā€ to a crowd of Warriors fans outside of the Chase Center.

Unsurprisingly, Draymond Green got word of Barkley backing the Mavs, and had a lot to say on the matter. While he was just messing around, Green definitely got some good digs on Barkley in his response.

Warriors on NBC Sports tweeted the clip from Green's media availability Thursday afternoon.

ā€œIf I win another championship, thatā€™s one more ring added to the panel thatā€™s not him,ā€ Green said, referencing Barkley's co-stars on Inside the NBA on TNT. ā€œI wouldnā€™t want to see that either. Then you really got to hear about it. So I get it. I understand. I donā€™t know how that feels, Iā€™ve always won. So I donā€™t know how that feels. But, I guess Iā€™d feel the same way if y'all just keep adding rings up here and I got to just sit here when the playoffs come around.ā€

The Warriors power forward finished up his comment with one final dig at Barkley before reassuring the media that it was all in good fun. ā€œYou gonna tell us how to win? Not taking that advice from Chuckā€¦That's my dog though, I love Chuck.ā€

Green and the Warriors will attempt to prove Barkley wrong again with a Game 2 win.
