With the All-NBA teams being announced Thursday there are usually a few surprises of guys who don't quite make the cut.

One of those guys was Washington Wizards guard who had one of his best seasons as a pro and had a very strong argument for at least being on the third team. Beal seemed to take the snub in stride, as he tweeted out a simple LOL after the final results were announced.

Not only did Beal not make the top three teams, he didn't even receive a vote, which seems even more shocking as there are sportswriters from the D.C. area who vote on this award, but evidently they didn't even think he seemed worth of one vote.

There was one person who did think Trevor Ariza was worth a vote even though he only played 67 games and averaged 11.7 points per game.

Compare that to Bradley Beal who played in 82 games for the first time in his career, and averaged 22.6 points, 4.5 assists, and 4.5 rebounds. Beal also shot 46 percent from the field and 37.5 percent from deep.

Teammate John Wall only played 41 games during the regular season, and during that time it was Beal who was expected to step up and carry the team. He was able to keep the team afloat during that team, and the Wizards were still able to make the playoffs, even though they were the 8th seed.

The best thing that Beal can do now is to use it as motivation. It's clear the rest of the NBA doesn't respect him, the way he feels he should be.
