Former Washington Wizards star Gilbert Arenas was known to have a wild personality during his career. Even his friend and former teammate Nick Young couldn't resist making fun of the three-time All-Star's ridiculous behavior.

Young spoke about his experience playing with Arenas on the Wizards via the Gil's Arena podcast on Friday.

Former UCLA player and current NBA Twitter meme king Josiah Johnson asked Young how he'd grade Arenas as a teammate.

“S—t an ‘F’ f—k that, that n—a ruined my life I think,” Young responded.

Johnson then pointed out the irony of him saying that while sitting in Arenas' house.

“That’s my dawg, but he ruined my life,” Young clarified. “I tell him that all the time.”

Fellow NBA retiree Kenyon Martin then doubled down on the Arenas slander.

“For a young person coming into the league, for a team he’s the worst person to have man,” Martin added.

Martin continued after Young admitted that he caught Arenas at “the wrong time.”

“That’s the worst person to have as a teammate, for a young guy that’s impressionable and trying to learn something about the league, and he’s the man making all the money, and acting that way,” Martin continued.

While Arenas is infamous for bringing a gun into the locker room, Young exposed another wild story about him.

“He had a fire extinguisher, he sprayed everybody’s cars in the parking lot, even the owners, cars got sprayed up, it’s just chalk white everywhere, and they didn’t do nothing, ‘oh it’s just Gil,'” Young said.

After Johnson asked if there had been a fire, Young clarified why he did it.

“No he just did it because he was bored,” Young said.

Arenas has since turned over a new leaf, but it's funny that “Swaggy P” still hasn't forgotten about his tomfoolery. How did the pair perform together despite Arenas' off-court antics?

Young arrived for Arenas' final four years with the team after getting drafted 16th overall out of USC in 2007. The former Trojan averaged 7.5, 10.9, 8.6, and 17.4 points respectively each of those seasons. Meanwhile, Arenas scored 19.4, 13, 22.6, and 17.3 points per game.

Apparently, the two bonded so well over their time together that Young was okay with Arenas terrorizing his children years later, via Vlad TV.

“I've been terrorizing him (Nick Young Jr.) since he was four,” Arenas tells in an interview with journalist DJ Vlad. “You got to give it to them when they're young. They say it takes a village to raise these kids, and I'm the f***ing village to them.”

It takes a special type of brotherhood for someone to be comfortable with hitting their ten-year-old son with a pillow. Then again, few NBA players have been as wild as “No Chill Gil.”

In today's era of political correctness and online sensitivity, hearing these wild stories is a fun and refreshing change of pace. Many athletes are vanilla in public, but Arenas holds nothing back, and that's what makes him one of the most entertaining personalities in the history of the league.
