Logan Paul‘s ascent through the world of combat sports is set to continue at Wrestlemania 38 when he will team up with The Miz in the ring. That's not the only big announcement involving Paul and the WWE, however. It was revealed Wednesday that WWE 2k22 will now have the YouTube star as a downloadable character for its rosters, meaning fans at home will be able to play as Paul in the video game in its upcoming release, per TMZ Sports.

Paul is certainly a controversial figure, but one thing he's proven capable of doing throughout his short stint as a boxer (and now wrestler) is to draw huge pay-per-view numbers.

Now, after it was revealed he and The Miz were forming a partnership for the upcoming Wrestlemania, Paul is also getting a virtual character in the popular video game series, which will be available to the public for purchase for the first time on Friday.

Paul isn't the only celebrity to get a character in the game, as music artist Machine Gun Kelly, actor Mr. T, and former MMA star Ronda Rousey will all have playable characters in WWE 2k22. The game will feature as many as 28 DLC wrestlers. The downloadable content will reportedly be released on a monthly basis until July.

Wrestlemania 38 is set to take place on Saturday, April 2, and it's set to be an absolutely insane event. Paul's inclusion isn't even the highlight of the evening, which will feature a coveted return from the legendary “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.
