Although it was confirmed that we were getting another film starring the star-spangled Avenger, Variety reports that Anthony Mackie had officially signed on for Captain America 4. There's no word yet whether Sebastian Stan's character Bucky Barnes a.k.a The Winter Soldier will show up in the film. However, since it is a Marvel film, anything can happen. Other heroes from the MCU haven't been confirmed as well. Maybe fan-favorite Baron Zemo makes an appearance in the film. Who knows?
Mackie spoke to EW about Captain America 4 earlier this year. “I literally found out yesterday in a grocery store. The checkout guy named Dwayne, a cool cat, he's like, ‘Yo, man. Is this real?!” [holds up a cellphone] “I'm like, ‘I haven't heard anything.' That's what I love about working for Marvel. They call you, they're like, ‘Come to L.A. We wanna tell you what's going on.' So, I'm excited to see what happens, but I haven't heard anything,” he joked.

Honestly, it's been a long time coming. A Sam Wilson Captain America and he truly deserves his own solo film. Let's just hope it was as badass as Marvel's The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
