Almost directly after giving birth to her first baby with Stefon Diggs, rapper Cardi B is on the receiving end of jokes, given that this is her fourth baby.
A fan on X, formerly Twitter, reacted to a video of Cardi B just days after giving birth to her baby with Diggs by saying, “Put her on birth control now[,] please.”
Even Cardi B found this hilarious, posting several laughing emojis (nine face with tears of joy emojis and four weary face emojis, to be exact). It's nice to see that she can take a joke.
Cardi B just gave birth to her first baby boy with Stefon Diggs
Cardi B announced the birth of her first baby with Diggs on Thursday, Nov. 13. She seemed excited to welcome her latest child to the world.
“Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it,” Cardi B captioned her post. “I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve.”
Previously, she had three children with her ex-husband, fellow rapper Offset. However, she announced her latest pregnancy in an interview in September 2025.
Now, she has a few more months to get ready for her Little Miss Drama Tour, her second headlining tour.The tour begins on Feb. 11, 2026. It is the first time she has been on the road since 2019. She also performed the Cardi B at KAOS residency in 2019.
Diggs, meanwhile, is on a roll with the New England Patriots. They just won their eighth game in a row, beating the New York Jets on Thursday Night Football. Diggs led the team with 105 yards on nine catches. However, he did snap a three-game streak of games with a touchdown.
He is in the midst of his first season with the Patriots. Diggs has 59 catches and 659 yards through 11 games. He has also scored three touchdowns.
