The Los Angeles Chargers offense struggled to get anything going in the second half versus the New Orleans Saints. Fortunately, Justin Herbert and Mike Williams made their presence felt once again.

Williams managed to torch the Saints secondary for an easy 64-yard bomb from quarterback Justin Herbert, via NFL Twitter:

The touchdown was Williams' second of the day after he had already managed to haul in a four-yard touchdown from Herbert in the second quarter. More importantly, the score put an end to the dry spell the Chargers' offense had endured during the second half when they allowed the Saints to score 10 unanswered points.

Meanwhile, Herbert continues to be as good as advertised with his fourth touchdown pass of the day. Although his emergence as the start made have happened earlier than Los Angeles had initially planned, it is safe to say that the move continues to pay some dividends for them.
