The Jacksonville Jaguars have had a rocky season under first-year head coach Urban Meyer. The team is 2-10, tied with the Houston Texans for last place in the AFC South, but the franchise has also been in the news for the wrong reasons at times this year because of Meyer. A recent report by NFL Network's Tom Pelissero details why Meyer's future in Jacksonville could be uncertain.

That is not good. In recent weeks, things have boiled over between Urban Meyer and Jaguars' players, as well as other members of the coaching staff.

As Pelissero reports, there's no sign that Meyer has lost the support of Jaguars owner Shad Khan, who reportedly coveted the former Buckeyes boss as his coach since the latter's days at Ohio State.

However, patience seems to be running thin within the organization when it comes to Meyer's style. Per Pelissero, receiver Marvin Jones Jr., known for being mild-mannered, became so angry at Meyer over the coach's criticism of the Jaguars' receiver group that he left practice, only to return and get into an argument with his head coach.

Meyer reportedly lit into his assistant coaches, calling himself a winner and them losers, demanding them to tell him what they've ever won. Judging by these reports, Meyer clearly has no respect in the Jaguars building.

That, above all the losing and bad publicity, could spell doom for his future with the Jaguars.
