Derek Ciapala and Josh Kollack sit down with Nevada draft prospect Malik Reed to discuss his future in the NFL. The guys also address the NFL's rule changes involving pass interference and how many fans down south are unable to let go of the Los Angeles Rams' 26-23 win in the NFC Championship Game. Finally, Derek and Mike look at the prospects of the Rams playing in China and other stories.
Malik Reed visits with Derek in the show's first segment to break down his journey to the NFL. Reed talks about his experience at Nevada, including how it prepared him for pro football. He also discusses his meeting with the Rams and how his faith in God has helped him on his journey.
The second segment kicks off with a conversation on the new pass interference replay rule changes passed by the NFL and how they will affect the league. They also look at the rule that wasn’t passed by the league, even though the head coaches voted 32-0 for it. The guys end the segment with a look at the NFL’s admission that the Rams should have had the ball on the New England Patriots’ one-yard line after a missed pass interference call during the Super Bowl.
Finally, Derek and Josh react to the reports that the Rams may play a road game in China during the 2020 season. Derek proposes an alternative to this idea, while the guys discuss the various issues with playing a game in China.
