As boos rained down from the fans assembled at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona, Max Durpi finally debuted his Maximum Male Models, Mace and Mansoor, now stylized as ma.cé and mån.sôör, onto the WWE Universe, and needless to say, it did not go particularly well.

With no goal but to “titillate the juices of your guilty pleasures,” Dupri attempted to introduce his new clients over his blaring theme music and the ravenous boos of a fanbase assembled to watch big, oily men fight, not pose, but the segment was as excruciating as it was deceptively hilarious and drew some truly unhinged reactions from both the fans online and Pat McCaffey, who nearly charged the stage with boundless enthusiasm.

That's right, after flirting with the idea of debuting his new faction for some time now, with many assuming its centerpiece being none other than Cesaro, Dupri didn't bring anyone new into the promotion, or even a new wrestler up from NXT and instead simply repackaged a pair of underused WWE performers, neither of whom was actually from Europe, where Dupri was reportedly being held up a few weeks back into a pair of models.

Fortunately for the man now known as Claudio Castagnoli, his decision to take up Bryan Danielson's offer of joining the Blackpool Combat Club appears to be the right one, as he has already taken part in a pair of big-time bouts as a member of AEW whereas the Maximum Male Models might become a fixture of the backstage catering if they can't right their initial presentation in a hurry.
