The Toronto Blue Jays are set to take on the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 6 of the World Series on Halloween night. It's a contest with epic proportions, as Toronto has a chance to win its first World Series since 1993. Despite the pressure at an all-time high, relief pitcher Chris Bassitt arrived at Rogers Centre dressed in his Halloween costume.

Bassitt, who is 36 years old, showed up to Game 6 of the World Series dressed in a full-on ghillie suit. He also wore a sign saying “I party with Sasquatch” while showing off a sick flamethrower while walking through the stadium tunnels.

Chris Bassitt has an excellent chance of playing Friday's contest. The last time he took the mound was in the 6-2 World Series Game 4 win over the Dodgers. In that game, the 2021 All-Star finished with two strikeouts while allowing one hit and no earned runs through 2.0 innings pitched.

He's played an important role for the Blue Jays out of the bullpen so far this offseason. The veteran pitcher has appeared in five games, owning a 0.00 ERA while totaling eight strikeouts through 6.2 innings pitched. Although his number hasn't been called all that often, Brissett has performed extremely well in Toronto's playoff path.

The 11-year pro, who is typically a starting pitcher, joined the bullpen after the Blue Jays added him to the roster in the ALCS round against the Seattle Mariners after he was dealing with a back injury. Chris Bassitt has done nothing but prove to be reliable out of the bullpen, which has helped Toronto throughout the postseason.
