Despite having more than a week to rest, the swelling in Stephen Curry’s elbow still hans't subsided completely. During the Golden State Warriors’ media session after their recent practice, it was noticeable that the reigning back-to-back MVP was sporting an arm sleeve, which raises the concern of his team’s fans that he’s still not back to 100 percent and could be hampered in the finals.

The 29-year-old Davidson product has been playing at a higher level in this playoffs compared to his numbers from the regular season. He has stepped up so far in their 12 postseason games, by producing 28.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, 5.6 assists, and 1.9 steals per game. Despite the swelling, he even has a higher percentage from beyond the arc with a 43.1 percent clip.

It remains to be seen how he’ll perform now that everyone knows his elbow is not yet back in perfect condition.
