It's been a great 2020 for James Wiseman thus far. Not only did he fulfill his NBA dreams, but he's also playing alongside the greatest shooter of all time in Stephen Curry. While Wiseman has the great task of adjusting to the NBA style of play, he couldn't help but be star-struck the Golden State Warriors sharpshooter.
Wiseman cited that his favorite moment thus far in practice was when he set a screen to Curry and swished the net. The 19-year-old then compared the play to the videogame NBA 2k.

“It's just like 2K [the video game] basically. It's kinda crazy.”
It's easy to understand why James Wiseman would feel that way towards Stephen Curry. After all, when Curry and the Warriors were racking up the titles, Wiseman was just a high school kid in Memphis with dreams of making it big.
Ffast forward to a few years later, he's teammates with the three-time champ and two-time league MVP, the player that he once revered.
It would be interesting to see how Curry and Wiseman would fare together this 2020-21 season. Wiseman definitely has some catching up to do, but with Curry and great coaching staff around, the youngster should be alright.
