Note to Golden State Warriors reporters: stop reminding star point guard Stephen Curry he's the oldest player on the roster.
Curry, 31, has been with the Warriors since 2009. The two-time league MVP is the NBA’s longest tenured player with his original team after the Oklahoma City Thunder traded Russell Westbrook to the Houston Rockets this summer.

Stephen Curry and the Warriors are embarking on a new challenge this season. Kevin Durant, Andre Iguodala and Shaun Livingston are gone, and Klay Thompson is expected to miss a big chunk of the season recovering from his ACL tear.
Article Continues BelowAs a result, a lot of pundits believe the Warriors will struggle to make the playoffs in the rugged Western Conference.
We should know by now, though, never to doubt Curry and Draymond Green, who will have a third All-Star with them in the starting lineup in D'Angelo Russell.
Last season for the Warriors, Curry averaged 27.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 5.2 assists, and that was with Durant and Thompson in the lineup. Because Curry's usage rate is going to be off the charts this season, the sharpshooter could easily lead the league in scoring.
Curry is one of the best basketball players in the world and arguably the most lethal shooter of all-time. The three-time champion has career averages of 23.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 6.6 assists with the Warriors while shooting 47.7 percent from the field, 43.6 percent from beyond the arc and 90.5 percent from the free-throw line.
