Following a 24-point performance in which he made six three-pointers during a thrilling win over the Boston Celtics on Saturday night, Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry was back in the gym on Sunday, and he wasn't missing:

Gonna be honest here: for a man of Curry's status, this isn't all that eye-opening.

This is a guy who is shattering all NBA three-point shooting records, so it should come as no surprise that he can hit a bunch of threes in a row during warm-ups. Those shots are like layups for him.

There is a reason Curry is arguably the greatest shooter of all-time, and it likely took hours and hours in the gym doing just what we see in this video to perfect his craft.

On the season, Curry is averaging 29.3 points, 5.4 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 1.2 steals over 34.4 minutes per game while shooting 49.1 percent from the floor, 44.6 percent from three-point range and 93.1 percent from the free-throw line.

While he probably won't win the award due to the presence of Kevin Durant, Curry is unquestionably having an MVP-caliber season and is quietly having what is likely the second-best year of his career.

Curry has already won two MVP awards, collecting back-to-back honors in 2015 and 2016.

After their win over the Celtics, the Warriors improved to 35-14 on the year and have now won 10 games in a row as they have re-asserted themselves as the top team, not just in the Western Conference, but in the entire NBA.

Golden State will take on the Indiana Pacers on Monday night.
