The Jacksonville Jaguars are coming off one of their best wins in years. They defeated the heavily favored Buffalo Bills 9-6. It was not pretty. No one scored a touchdown. But the Jaguars defense came to play and dominated a Bills offense that had been lighting up the league. They will look to do the same this weekend to the division rival Indianapolis Colts.
In order to pull off another upset, they are going to have to play very well again defensively, but likely, will need to improve on the offensive side of the ball.
In the win over the Bills, Jacksonville had only 218 yards of offense and were 2-13 on 3rd down. They will need to be better this week. They are getting healthier though as they get starting running back James Robinson back from a heel injury. Here are four bold predictions for the Jacksonville Jaguars as they travel to Indianapolis to take on the Colts.

Jaguars Week 10 Predictions
4. The Jaguars will hold a 4th quarter lead
The Indianapolis Colts are far more talented than the Jacksonville Jaguars. They are a much better team. But in the NFL, as we saw last week, the difference between the best and worst in this league is very slim.
The Colts have been very inconsistent this season. The Jaguars have been pretty consistently bad, except for right now. With the success I expect Lawrence to have in the passing game, this game will be tighter than a lot of people expect.
The Jaguars will hold a 4th quarter lead on the road in Indianapolis. But will eventually falter on a late score from Jonathan Taylor.
3. Josh Allen will have another dominating performance
Last week, there was a lot of talk about Josh Allen on Josh Allen violence. That's Josh Allen, the linebacker for the Jacksonville Jaguars on Josh Allen, the quarterback of the Buffalo Bills. Allen had a season high 8 tackles, a sack, a fumble recovery and an interception.

This week, there will only be one Josh Allen on the field. But the results won't look all that different. Colts quarterback Carson Wentz has a propensity to turn the ball over when he is indecisive. The pressure that the Jags front will put on him might make him hesitant and lead to mistakes.
Allen has really been coming on, with 3 sacks and a couple passes deflected the last two weeks.
2. James Robinson will score a rushing and receiving touchdown
After missing the Week 9 win against Buffalo, running back James Robinson looks like he will play Sunday vs the Colts. Robinson has been dealing with a heal injury but participated in practice on Thursday.
The running game suffered in his absence, as backup Carlos Hyde continued to just be a plodding running back that lives off volume. Robinson is explosive. Coming off his breakout season in 2020 when he ran for over 1,000 yards and seven touchdowns, Robinson was looking like he would duplicate that feat.
Before getting hurt early in the Week 8 loss to Seattle, Robinson had almost 500 yards from scrimmage and five touchdowns during his previous four games.
I expect Robinson to pick up where he led off scoring twice in this game.
1. Trevor Lawrence will have best day as a pro
Article Continues BelowAfter being drafted 1st overall by the Jaguars in the 2021 NFL Draft, the organization and fans around the league have been waiting for Lawrence to show why he was drafted that high. To this point in his rookie season, Lawrence has underwhelmed.
He has completed just 59.5% of his passes so far this season. In today's NFL, that is poor even for rookie standards. But this week will look very different. The Colts are struggling to stop the pass. Last week, they allowed a combination of Mike White and Josh Johnson to throw for over 400 yards and four touchdowns for the Jets.
There was concern as Lawrence appeared to injure his ankle in the Week 10 win over the Bills.

But Lawrence has been able to practice all week and looks to be a go for Sunday.
Lawrence has shown flashes this season. In Week 5 versus a Tennessee Titans secondary that was also struggling at that time, Lawrence went 23-33 passing with a touchdown passing and a touchdown rushing.
The following week in a win over the Miami Dolphins, he finished with a quarterback rating over 93. He threw for 319 yards and made some really nice throws in his first win as a pro.
So, there definitely have been signs that he could turn into a franchise quarterback. Jaguars fans probably just have not seen it consistently enough. But that is about to change.
Look for Trevor Lawrence to improve upon those numbers Sunday against the Colts.
