After ending his holdout with the Los Angeles Chargers, Melvin Gordon has failed to be that same Pro Bowl player most got accustomed to seeing. However, on Sunday, against the Green Bay Packers, he is showing flashes of the dominant force of old.
Watch below. Gordon takes a 2nd-and-2 rush attempt into a 16-yard gain. He was able to tread out that chunk play due to his hops.

Watch that leap. Whoop (in full Chris Berman)! That man could have cleared a sky-scraper if he so desired. Luckily, Los Angeles has a few of them.
The Chargers turned Gordon's hurdle into points, as they scored a field goal to go up 12-0 over the 7-1 Green Bay Packers. By the end of the drive, Gordon had eight rush attempts for 39 yards and three receptions for 29 yards. Though he has yet to score a touchdown, he is having a performance that reminds us of the version we saw before the holdout.
