Maybe changing offensive coordinators was a good thing for the Los Angeles Chargers. Perhaps it meant that the new one, Shane Steichen, would utilize Philip Rivers' deep-ball throwing. Scratch out the “perhaps” part, because that's exactly what Steichen is doing.

On 1st-and-10, late in the third quarter of the Chargers' — so far — beat down of the Green Bay Packers, Steichen dialed up a deep-bomb to wide receiver Mike Williams. As a master of the jumping catch, Williams came down with the ball as if it were easing, giving Los Angeles a gain of 46 yards. Watch below.

The Chargers used Williams' impressive catch to get down the field and score another touchdown on the Packers. Doing so put them up 26-3 in a game that many did not see Los Angeles winning. Undefendable catches — brought to us by Williams — certainly have played a part in their — so far — upset.
