Chargers Week 11 Predictions

4. Justin Herbert shows why he was an MVP candidate again

Herbert was one of the favorites to win the MVP through the first few games of the season for the Chargers. If the Chargers want to win this game, he's going to have to play as he did at the beginning of the season. Justin Herbert is going to throw for over 250 yards and is either going to throw two or three touchdown passes in pursuit of a win.

3. Austin Ekeler continues to impress

Austin Ekeler has been sensational this season for the Chargers as he's doing it both on the ground and in the air. Ekeler is going to have a great game and he's going to rush for over 80 yards while putting in a touchdown on the ground for himself. He's also going to be one of the recipients of Justin Herbert's two or three touchdown passes.

2. The loss of Joey Bosa will hurt

Joey Bosa got ruled out and was placed on the reserve/ COVID-19 list on Tuesday.  This is a tough loss for the Chargers as Bosa is an elite linebacker who can run a defense. Luckily for Los Angeles, the Steelers don't have one of the better offenses in the NFL, as Ben Roethlisberger has lost a few steps.

The loss of Bosa will still hurt. The Chargers have some unfortunate injuries as well to the rest of the defense, and that might come back to haunt them this week.

1. They win by a field goa

This is going to be a close game. The Chargers definitely have the more talented team but they haven't played great as of late. The charger still won't play as well as they can on Sunday but they will sneak away with a win. The Chargers are going to win this one 33-30 with a late second field goal that secures the victory.

This will be a good game on Sunday as both teams definitely have a lot of talent. Neither has played up to their expectations this season. Herbert and the Chargers will look to get back in the win column.
