Every year, the NFL Network puts out its poll of the NFL's Top 100 players as voted on by their peers. Needless to say, this year's list featured one notable name.

New York Giants defensive tackle Damon Harrison is regarded as one of the best interior defenders in the NFL. However, he was still snubbed from the Top 100.

Harrison was not happy about it and vowed with a post on Twitter that he would make sure to remind his fellow players of their mistake in the 2018 NFL season.

I will remind every lineman we play this year, while I’m whipping their ass, that they didn’t vote for me. Blame it on the Top 100. So don’t ask me “what’s your problem man” you should already know. When the list comes back y’all hands gonna shake when you think of me…

Harrison was already one of the most disruptive players in the NFL. However, it appears that “Snacks” will be playing with a whole new chip on his shoulder come next season.

There is a good reason for Harrison to be upset with his snub. He put on another steady performance last season when he registered 76 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and three pass deflections. Although his numbers are not exactly eye-popping, he is the gold standard when it comes to stuffing the run. Unfortunately, a lot of what he does every play does not end up on the stat sheet. This could be one of the reasons behind why he was snubbed.

Regardless, there is still no reason why a player of his caliber did not make the cut. That said, opposing offenses better be aware of the extra edge Harrison plans on bringing next season.
