The New York Giants were officially eliminated from playoff contention coming off their eighth straight loss in Week 13. At this point, it is safe to say that this team has fallen vastly short of the expectations they set heading into the 2019 NFL season.

“It’s been a very frustrating season,” Tisch said. “At the end of the season, John Mara and I are gonna get together and discuss the future. As partners we have to be very honest with each other about where we see this team going into the 2020 season.”

Although the Giants were still in the early stages of their rebuild, they had high hopes for a potential resurgence in the 2019 campaign. Unfortunately, it has become evident that there is still plenty of work to do before that even becomes a possibility.
