The New York Giants have struggled through yet another disappointing season so far in 2018. After an offseason that saw them make a few moves that were supposed to help them improve, the Giants are 1-6 to start the season. That has left the franchise with plenty of questions heading towards the NFL trading deadline.
Eli Apple was the first domino to fall, being traded to the New Orleans Saints for draft picks. Now, it appears that the Giants could be open for more business ahead of the trade deadline.
According to a report from Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, the Giants are giving teams the idea that they are open to making more trades for the right price.
Hearing the Eli Apple trade may just be tip of the iceberg. Strong perception among other teams thag the Giants are "open for business' ahead of next week's trade deadline

There were no names mentioned as being potential trade candidates, but there would be a few that could make sense. Perhaps the most intriguing name to keep an eye on is Eli Manning, whose tenure with the Giants has to be coming close to ending after yet another inconsistent season.
No matter what the Giants decide to do, they will need to make some major changes in the offseason. New York has quite a bit of talent, but they have to put everything together.
Odell Beckham Jr. and Saquon Barkley appear to be safe at this point. Beckham received a massive contract in the offseason and would be hard to move.
Expect to hear plenty of trade discussions and rumors as the deadline continues to draw closer. It sounds like New York could be trying to get involved in more deals, so keep an eye out for them.
