Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is a three-time NFL MVP winner, but long-time teammate Rob Gronkowski believes he should win it every single year.

Gronk has been there first hand to witness Brady's greatness on a regular basis and he expressed why the Buccaneers signal-caller should have won a lot more MVP awards by now.

Via Pro Football Talk:

“Tom’s the MVP every year,” Gronk said. “The way that he adjusts on the fly to his personnel, just trying to get the ball into the best player’s hands or the best matchup on that current play. He’s just always ready to go no matter what the situation is. So he’s MVP every year, baby.”

The Buccaneers tight end also reflected on how special it's been to be on this ride with Brady:

“It’s just cool to be part of history,” Gronkowski said. “It’s unbelievable. It shows what his work ethic is, how dedicated he is to the game of football, and how talented he is. The determination, week in and week out, is just unbelievable. It’s just surreal how he’s pulling it off at age 44, coming out here like he’s in his 20s still and just winging that ball, zipping it where it needs to be, making fantastic throws, week in and week out. It’s just an honor to be a part of.”

Despite leading the Buccaneers to a 12-4 record and leading the NFL in yards, touchdowns, completions, and attempts, Brady isn't a huge MVP favorite right now, with Aaron Rodgers currently expected to win it. Nonetheless, Gronk knows how special Tom Brady really is and at 44-years-old, it's crazy to think he's still playing at such an elite level.
