There have already been numerous blockbuster moves in the offseason and that might just be the tip of the iceberg. With news pouring in regarding players skipping mandatory OTAs, the NFL rumor mill has heated up once again. All eyes are on the Seattle Seahawks as the franchise might be forced to trade superstar wide receiver, DK Metcalf.
Even so, the franchise seems open-minded to the possibility of trading for Baker Mayfield. If that's the case, the front office may opt to keep Metcalf on the roster. However, the star receiver doesn't seem too keen on the idea of playing for the Seahawks after the team dealt Russell Wilson away to the Denver Broncos.
If DK Metcalf does hit the trade block, multiple teams across the league will show interest. He's an elite athlete who can help any franchise hoping to make a deep run in the playoffs. If that's the case, the Seahawks could acquire a decent-sized haul for their rebuild.
With that said, here are three teams who need to make a trade offer with the Seahawks for DK Metcalf.

DK Metcalf Trade Offers For Seahawks
3. Chicago Bears
Although the Chicago Bears aren't likely to go on a playoff run, Metcalf would be in a much more suitable situation for his career. Justin Fields is an exciting young quarterback who many have compared to Russell Wilson. He'd be the true star receiver Chicago is missing while having a nice young core of Darnell Mooney, David Montgomery, and Cole Kmet playing around him. Additionally, the front office can likely offer a deal that intrigues the Seahawks.
This would be a fantastic landing spot for the superstar wide receiver. Especially considering the Bears have the cap space to give him the contract he is seeking. Considering the Seahawks would fully accept a rebuild by trading DK Metcalf away, Chicago can likely offer some valuable draft picks in exchange for the superstar athlete.

One team nobody has named in trade rumors is the Indianapolis Colts. They have an obvious need for a wide receiver, as the current core is essentially Michael Pittman by himself. Considering Indianapolis has a solid roster, DK Metcalf could help the franchise become the best team in the AFC South on paper. It'll be hard to acquire him though, as the Seahawks will likely want draft capital in exchange for Metcalf.
Even so, it's not like a deal is impossible. The Colts can get creative and offer a player in exchange for DK Metcalf. Depending on the player, the Seahawks could be willing to accept draft picks in 2024 instead of 2023. We'll see how it plays out, but Indianapolis is a dark horse franchise to acquire Metcalf via trade.
1. Green Bay Packers
The best possible landing spot for the Seahawks' star receiver is the Green Bay Packers. This franchise arguably has one of the worst wide receiver rooms in the league and acquiring DK Metcalf would be massive. With Aaron Rodgers under center, Green Bay would suddenly be back in form and the clear favorite in the NFC North.
The Fact the Packers haven't even been rumored to be interested in the star receiver is wild. Green Bay could use a legitimate replacement after sending Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders. Especially with Aaron Rodgers openly pondering retirement. This front office should be on the phones with the Seahawks everyday until a deal is done.
