Green Bay Packers superstar Aaron Rodgers is loving what he's seeing from running back AJ Dillon.

Dillon was sensational for the Packers once again in their Week 12 showdown with the Los Angeles Rams, rushing for 69 yards on 20 carries and gaining 21 yards and one touchdown on five catches. He's carrying the bulk of the workload nicely while star running back Aaron Jones works his way to full health after an MCL injury.

Rodgers himself noticed the changes in Dillon's play and attitude on the field, which he thoroughly discussed during his latest appearance on the Pat McAfee Show.

“What a great kid. The off the field stuff is very subtle. He’s engaged, he worked really hard on the mental part this offseason. And then the physical part has been just really fun to watch–him running behind his pads and using his weight,” Rodgers said of Dillon.

“The thing I love the the most is his personality coming out in the games and him cracking jokes in the shotgun. I love it.”

It sure looks like Aaron Rodgers is a big fan of AJ Dillon, and who wouldn't be? Clearly, his positive attitude has been infectious, which is probably a big reason why the Packers have kept things together despite the recent injuries and other issues.

With Green Bay at 9-3 on the season, they will certainly need Dillon to keep stepping up and playing the way he is performing in their bid to contend for the Super Bowl. But most of all, they need him to keep the same mentality on and off the field and have fun in every way he can.
