Aqib Talib and Michael Crabtree have a checkered history. Both players aren't exactly fond of one another due to their two on-the-field incidents while battling it out as AFC West division rivals with the Oakland Raiders and Denver Broncos.

In an ironic twist, both players are different teams this year and were forced to go through a joint practice this week. The Los Angeles Rams acquired Talib from the Broncos in trade while the Baltimore Ravens signed Crabtree who was released by the Raiders.

Despite the bad blood between the two veteran players, Talib said there wouldn't be any issues with Crabtree, via ESPN's Lindsay Thiry.

The Rams will participate in a joint practice with the Ravens in Baltimore today. Before departing, Aqib Talib was asked if there'd be any residual effects from the chain snatching incident with Michael Crabtree. Talib's response:

“Nah man. It’s just go out there and get some work. Just going to play some football.”

Things got pretty ugly between Talib and Crabtree last year when a fight broke out between the two players during one of the divisional showdowns between the Raiders and Broncos. The fight resulted in both players being suspended for their on-field actions and may have ultimately resulted in Oakland and Denver wanting to part ways this offseason.

Now Crabtree and Talib will focus on Thursday's preseason game in which the Rams and Ravens will go head-to-head at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore. This will be the first and only time these two teams will meet this year.
