Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford got into a bit of a dust-up with Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh during their NFC divisional round clash. Stafford and Suh were teammates for five seasons with the Detroit Lions, but it appears the two aren't exactly on good terms.

Speaking about the pair's relationship on her podcast, Stafford's wife, Kelly Stafford, explained that she has no idea where Suh's distaste for her husband originated. She believes Suh is the only player in football who has an issue with the Rams QB, via The Morning After With Kelly Stafford.

“So then I asked Matthew (about their relationship) last night and he was like, ‘Honestly, I don't really know what happened. I didn't really know who tackled me. But I remember getting put to the ground and someone on me and got him off me to try to get to the next play, and then Suh was in my face telling me he was going to (expletive) me up.' And I was like, ‘What? I don't understand.' He's like, ‘Who's gonna understand it, whatever, it doesn't matter.'”

Kelly continued on to express that Suh's actions rubbed her the wrong way and she struggled to fathom what Stafford could have done to cause his former teammate to hate him.

“But it infuriated me. To stand up and tell someone that you're gonna (expletive) them up after you spent years together in an organization and did appearances together and there were never really issues.”

Both Kelly and Matthew remain unsure as to why his relationship with his former teammate has become so sullied since Suh left the Lions in 2015. Kelly revealed she had received messages from various people regarding the play. Prior to people reaching out to her, Kelly didn't think Suh's actions were that big of a deal, but after paying closer attention, she found his antics to be appalling and voiced her frustrations.
