Less than two months before the deadline, several teams are already looking for possible trades to bolster their roster. A lot of names have been floating around as of late, including Philadelphia 76ers sophomore Markelle Fultz.

Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen gave his take on a theoretical three-team trade between the Phoenix Suns, Los Angeles Lakers, and 76ers involving Fultz. In the suggested deal Fultz will go to Phoenix, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to Philadelphia, and Trevor Ariza to Los Angeles.

Pippen said on The Jump that the deal could be beneficial to Markelle Fultz. The 20-year-old guard was selected first-overall pick last year. However, the former Washington standout has yet to find his niche in the league. The 6-foot-4 guard has been slowed down by injuries in his first two seasons in the league.

His role in Philadelphia is also not expected to improve after the 76ers acquired Jimmy Butler. According to Pippen, Fultz needs to get healthy and find a new home. Phoenix could be an ideal landing spot for Fultz because of their young roster led by Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton.

On the other hand, the 76ers would get another veteran who could help them in a possible deep playoff run. Philadelphia is considered as one of the top contenders in the Eastern Conference this season.

Meanwhile, Pippen also thinks that the theoretical deal would benefit the Lakers. The six-time NBA champion said that Ariza could make the Lakers an instant contender because of how he impacts the game on both ends of the floor.

According to Broderick Turner of Los Angeles Times, the Lakers would like to acquire Ariza in a trade. However, they are not willing to give up Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma, and Josh Hart in any deal for the veteran forward. It appears that they are open to dealing KCP after being involved in trade talks for the sixth-year guard.
