The NFL has been hit hard with COVID-19 and has made a few schedule changes to Week 15. One of those games is the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams, who were originally scheduled to play Sunday. However, with LA struggling with COVID, Seattle faces off against them on Tuesday instead and Pete Carroll is not pleased.
According to Dugar, Michael-Shawn, Carroll claims he is, “not a fan” of the Seahawks playing on Tuesday. The reason being, Seattle is now on a short to prepare for their Week 16 opponent. Pete Carroll is mainly concerned with the recovery time for his players.
Pete Carroll is not a fan of playing Tuesday and then playing the Bears on Sunday on the short week. The concern he has is player recovery and safety.

The NFL is in a lose-lose situation with their decision to reschedule some of these matchups. There have been multiple players voicing their displeasure about the postponed games. On the other hand, the teams dealing with multiple positive tests with COVID were complaining for the league to do something.
Regardless, the Seahawks are now set to take on the Rams on Tuesday. It’ll be an interesting matchup as Seattle is near elimination. On the other hand, LA is currently fighting for the top seed in the NFC. Although Pete Carroll is upset with the reschedule, he and his team will have a few extra days to prepare for their divisional rival.
We’ll see how this game plays out. The Rams are a much better team but have struggled at times this year. As for the Seahawks, this is a moment to knock down LA from the top of the division as Seattle seeks a big win to get back on track.
