Seattle Seahawks' No. 3 lands at No. 2. Russell Wilson gets the highest rating of his career in the NFL's Top 100 list, as he has just been unveiled as the second best player in the entire league.

Take a bow, Russ.

It's the eight year that Wilson has made the prestigious list, but after another incredible season in 2019, he finally cracked the Top 10. Now, he enters the 2020 season as the second best player in the NFL.

The Seahawks star was ranked 11th in last year's version of the list, but he soared all the way to No.2. Russell Wilson arguably had one of his best seasons in his eight-year career in Seattle in 2019 after earning his first All-Pro selection and leading the Seahawks to a solid 11-5 record to make it to the playoffs once again.

Last season also marked Wilson's seventh Pro Bowl selection.

It's been an awesome week for Wilson and his family, as he and his wife Ciara also welcomed their baby boy, Harrison.

With the upcoming 2020 campaign fast approaching, Wilson is hoping to lock in and earn another shot at Super Bowl glory. Though the buildup to this season hasn't been ideal given all the controversies surrounding the league due to the COVID-19 pandemic, believe that the Seahawks QB will be more than ready to prove that he's deserving of the No. 2 nod.

It has been six years since Wilson was in the Super Bowl, and he's looking to replicate their team's success that time. Hopefully, new additions to the team like star safety Jamal Adams can help his cause and bring the Seahawks back to the promised land.
