Taylor Swift‘s “Eras” tour concert film is hitting VOD soon.

An extended version of the film

In an X post, Swift announced an extended version of her concert film that can be watched at home. “Hi! Well, so, basically I have a birthday coming up and I was thinking a fun way to celebrate the year we've had together would be to make The Eras Tour Concert Film available for you to watch at home!” her post began.

The announcement continued by announcing that three omitted songs from Swift's catalog would be added back in. “Wildest Dreams,” “The Archer,” and “Love Live” will all be seen in the new extended version of the “Eras” tour concert film. It will be released on VOD on December 13.

The “Eras” Tour concert film will have had two full months in theaters by the time it hits VOD. It was released in theaters on October 13, grossing $92.8 million domestically during its first weekend. The film has continued to leg out to $178 million domestically, and another $70 million overseas for a cumulative total of $248.9 million.

Taylor Swift kicked off the “Eras” tour on March 17, 2023 in Glendale, Arizona. She would go on to hit virtually every major stadium in the United States, ending with a six-night stay at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California (where the concert film was filmed).

After a short break from late August until early November, Swift hit the road again. She played select dates in Argentina and Brazil. 2024 will see the show return to the road, as Swift will hit Japan, Australia, all across Europe, and more.
