Logan Ryan is was one of the most notable free agents remaining and there's one team that won't have a chance of signing. While he continues to search for a new team, Ryan announced via Twitter that he won't return to the Tennessee Titans next season.

Back in 2017, Ryan signed a three-year, $30 million deal with the Titans after spending four seasons with the New England Patriots. It's safe to say that Ryan was more than worth the $30 million he received three years ago.

Over the course of his first two seasons with the Titans, Ryan accumulated 138 tackles, 19 pass breakups, and four sacks. Then, just last season, Ryan was able to record a career-high 113 tackles, 18 deflections, four forced fumbles, 4.5 sacks, and four interceptions.

Despite the season he had in 2019, Ryan and the Titans were unable to come to an agreement on a new contract this offseason. Therefore, Ryan remains in free agency, as one of the best players that are still available.

Early in free agency, both Byron Jones and James Bradberry were able to net contracts that paid $15 million annually. While he wasn't going to get a similar payday as them, it's still a surprise that Ryan remains unsigned.

Prior to the 2020 NFL Draft, the New York Jets emerged as a team that could pursue Ryan sometime this offseason. As of this moment, the Jets have $18.3 million remaining in cap space, per OverTheCap.

Regardless of whether or not Ryan signs with New York, it's a guarantee that he won't be back with the Titans next season.
