Former Twitch streamer Jidion appealed on Twitch to revert his ban to its original 14-day length ban. However, Twitch has denied his file of appeal due to the level of abuse Jidion showed to famous streamer, Pokimane. Twitch saw that this incident really violated the Terms of Service of the streaming platform.
January 12th, Twitch streamer Pokimane ended her stream early due to an initiated “hate raid” from newly fellow streamer Jidion. She had enough of what Jidion's community was doing with her channel as well as her followers. She then decided to pull the plug on her livestream. Two days after the raid, Jidion received a 14-day suspension from Twitch. This was for the ground of targeted harassment, threats, and hateful conduct onto fellow streamer.
A lot of well known internet personalities came to Pokimane’s aid supporting her during the incident. Popular content creator Ludwig also explained thoroughly misconduct for when it comes to female streamers. The streaming community only has a handful of successful female streamers and Pokimane is one of them. On the other hand, other streamers like Tyler “Ninja” Blevins were on Jidion's side. This made Pokimane confused and had a bit of an argument with the Blevins.
Simultaneously, Twitch changed Jidion’s suspension to a permanent ban. Jidion already apologized for his actions and felt that he did deserver the ban. He still tried to file for an appeal in hopes that he can return to Twitch to stream. Alas, as Twitch stated, it cannot be revoked with the given level of abuse done.

Jidion already posted a screenshot containing an email from Twitch on his Twitter account. The email reads his account as unsalvageable. Jidion's actions were too severe to have even considered the ban appeal.

Pokimane already forgave Jidion as she have already watched Jidion's apology on his 2nd Youtube account. She hopes that Jidion will do better in the future and have buried the hatchet. The Jidion arc has come to an end and they have made amends. Meanwhile, Pokimane is still waiting for the Blevins' response. Ninja tweeted that all will be clarified during the incident but no replies yet until now.
